CARE FOR HIGH-RISK ADOLESCENTS IN SAFE ENVIRONMENTS
The promotion of this Home Intervention Clinical Team represents a significant change in mental health care assistance: professionals leave the office and take care of high-risk adolescents in environments where they feel safe, with the objective of overcoming their difficulties. It is a pioneering project in Catalonia, based on a scientifically validated model created by the Anna Freud centre in London, and it has the strategic support of Nous Cims.
