Training and experience
Throughout her career, she has led multidisciplinary teams and designed strategies aimed at transforming social and health intervention models. She has promoted innovative proposals for integrated care for people within the public health system, especially in the area of emotional well-being, as well as community programmes for mental health promotion and prevention. At the same time, she has promoted transformative educational projects focused on improving the employability and empowerment of young people, both in local contexts and in international cooperation initiatives. She firmly believes that education is a key lever for change in building more just and resilient societies.
Her commitment to social justice, purposeful innovation and the creation of vital and professional opportunities for vulnerable groups has led her to take on the leadership of the Nous Cims Foundation, where she champions a humanistic, transformative and global vision.

Training and experience
She has a solid track record in managing programmes focused on social issues, particularly migration, participation, support and socio-occupational integration of vulnerable young people, and human rights, such as pilot projects on women's participation and co-development (REDEL and the MIDEL project); the coordination of an initiative to promote the implementation of new models of cooperation on labour migration and development between the European Union and West and Central Africa and the Maghreb (Rabat Action Plan) and the exchange of experiences and public policies between Latin America and Europe (LATAM-Migration).
Her profile combines in-depth knowledge of social policies and European funding programmes with a great ability to launch and lead projects from a strategic and innovative perspective. This experience in the sector has led her to direct the ZING programme in the Employability area of the Fundació Nous Cims, where her experience and strategic vision reinforce the commitment to real and sustainable transformation.

Training and experience
She has led more than 15 socio-educational projects in secondary schools and schools in the Barcelona metropolitan area in contexts of high social vulnerability, focusing on strengthening educational communities and creating networks with associations, social movements and local administrations. Among these, her participation in the development of service-learning guides for healthy and sustainable eating, published by the Consorci d'Educació de Barcelona and the Centre Promotor d'ApS, stands out, as does her contribution to events such as Barcelona educa per la Justícia Global, where she has shared transformative experiences in primary and secondary education, as well as forging alliances with the third social sector and public administration.
Her experience working with teaching teams, social organisations and local governments is complemented by a strategic vision and a strong motivation to generate collective impact through transformative projects. She is responsible for the KOA programme in the Emotional Wellbeing area of the Nous Cims Foundation, where he promotes emotional support for vulnerable adolescents to improve their wellbeing and strengthen their life trajectories.

Training and experience
She has contributed to several publications, including the book Por una pedagogía de ayuda entre iguales (Towards a pedagogy of peer support) (2012). She has been a trainer at the Asociación Centro Promotor del ApS de Cataluña (Association for the Promotion of Service Learning in Catalonia) and in the LECXIT programme of the Jaume Bofill Foundation, participating in the development of guides and materials at both entities.
Her career combines academic rigour with a strong vocation for transforming educational practice through respectful support and the building of relationships. She currently directs the Komtü programme in the Emotional Well-being area of the Nous Cims Foundation, where she works to promote emotional well-being in schools and improve educational environments through care.

Training and experience
She began her professional career at the Barcelona Public Health Agency, where she developed her doctoral thesis at Pompeu Fabra University and participated in numerous studies focused on the social determinants of health and health inequalities. As a senior technician, she coordinated community diagnostic processes and various health information systems in the city, notably playing a key role in the preparation of the Barcelona Health Report, a key tool for municipal public health planning.
Her interest in more people-centred healthcare and her commitment to the humanisation of the health system led her to coordinate the DOMUM Programme in the Emotional Wellbeing area of the Nous Cims Foundation, which focuses on improving the experience and support of people undergoing cancer treatment.

He has led high-impact projects such as Xcelence – Schools that Inspire by the Bertelsmann Foundation, focused on improving academic and professional guidance. His experience includes working directly with educational centres, public administrations, companies and social entities, generating alliances that promote equal opportunities.
His commitment to social innovation and sustainability has led him to specialise in transformative initiatives for young people in vulnerable situations. He currently directs the Unkover programme in the Employability area of the Nous Cims Foundation, where he promotes processes to improve academic and professional guidance for young people.

Training and experience
She has solid experience in the strategic management of multisectoral programmes, both in emergency and development contexts. She has led programmes in food security and nutrition, livelihoods, protection, health and resilience in various countries in North Africa and the Middle East, among others. She specialises in translating global frameworks into local and sustainable actions, integrating a rights-based and equity approach across the board.
She currently directs the nutrition programme in the Global Development area of the Nous Cims Foundation, focusing on the design, planning and monitoring of interventions that address the structural causes of malnutrition. With a focus on strengthening community capacities and co-creation with local actors, she generates sustainable and transformative changes in communities affected by structural inequalities.

Training and experience
Throughout his career, he has worked or collaborated with international organisations and donors (FAO, Organisation of American States, French Development Agency, Development Innovation Fund, European Commission), with extensive experience in designing intervention strategies, analysing public policies and financing development projects in Latin America, North Africa, West Africa and Europe.
Her commitment to strategic projects, innovation and social impact has led her to focus on youth employability initiatives in Senegal and Colombia, where she promotes future opportunities for new generations. She now leads the employability programme in the Global Development area of the Nous Cims Foundation, evaluating innovative solutions at the local level and creating multi-stakeholder synergies at the international level in order to strengthen the sustainability and replicability of projects.
