What does itconsist of?

PROJECT WITH ORGANIZACIÓN FEMENINA POPULAR

The 3-year project aims to promote the integration of young women between 15 and 30 years of age into the job market through the development of communication, management, and networking strategies and holistic employability pathways, strengthening life skills, technical skills and women’s empowerment.

This will be done through 2 essential components:

  1. The identification of obstacles and alternatives to female job placement, the generation of agreements with key actors, and the promotion of an employment environment free of gender discrimination.
  2. The development of holistic employability itineraries with socio-family follow-up and the strengthening of protective factors for employment.

Synergies with women, the business sector and public entities are promoted to improve the socio-labour situation, integrating resources and services to address the various problems that hinder access to the job market and leaving installed capacity in the companies concerned for the promotion of employment in conditions of gender equality.
