Project with ChangeMakers for Kids

What does it consist of?

The 3-year INNOVA-DURAS project is a training focused on technical and soft skills, to prepare and integrate teenage girls in a Tech future, either by accessing a TECH training or as entrepreneurs. The training is based on learning agile methodologies, new technologies and entrepreneurship. It is aimed at girls from ages 15 to 18 from low-income backgrounds and in school. It lasts 6 months, with sessions of 3 to 5 hours a week.

INNOVA-DURAS proposes, at the same time, to train educators, offering them the opportunity to explore agile methodologies and giving them access to open-source resources. In short, to leave this capacity in place in schools so that they can continue to reproduce this model and make the project sustainable.
