We seek to improve employability by providing quality access to the labor market for young people from vulnerable backgrounds.
Our challenge
The vast majority of young people who experience severe economic and social problems during childhood and adolescence will remain poor as adults.
One of the main reasons for this is that many socially and economically vulnerable young people cannot access the world of education and employment on equal terms.
We want to help break this cycle by focusing on the key factors that prevent poverty from being inherited.

Our programs
Improved employability
The causes of low employability are complex and multifactorial, and we address each of them in a comprehensive manner by providing the support and tools necessary for the educational success and transition to the world of work of young people through the Zing scholarship and mentoring program.
Descubrimiento Vocacional
The objective of the vocational guidance program is that all young people at risk of dropping out of school early are prepared and motivated to continue their educational or training path. To achieve this, we support educational centers and social entities in their guidance and accompaniment initiatives.
