The challenge

We are a non-profit organisation with one major goal: to have a positive impact on the lives of people and their communities.

We identify social challenges that are not being addressed or have room for improvement, and use them as a basis for promoting innovative projects in three key areas: Employability, Emotional Well-being and Global Development.

Howdo we do it?

Innovation

We systematically use problem-solving and analysis methods based on continuous learning and disruptive thinking.

We design and test pilot solutions, explore new methodologies, and make constant experimentation our lever for change.

SEA

We conduct monitoring and evaluation that allows us to empirically/scientifically demonstrate impact, enabling approaches based on what works.

We measure results in order to learn, adapt and continue improving. We are flexible when it comes to introducing necessary changes generated by learning.

Systemic impact

We collaborate with existing networks with the aim of strengthening them through training and producing new resources and knowledge that can be integrated.

Ours is a systemic approach that aims to take into account the deep roots of the problems and the contexts in which they arise.

When faced with challenges, we take action.
