{"id":9430,"date":"2024-06-03T13:23:19","date_gmt":"2024-06-03T11:23:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.nouscims.com\/?p=9430"},"modified":"2024-06-03T13:23:20","modified_gmt":"2024-06-03T11:23:20","slug":"una-mirada-social-a-labando-escolar-prematur-aep","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.nouscims.com\/ca\/actualitat\/una-mirada-social-a-labando-escolar-prematur-aep\/","title":{"rendered":"Una mirada social a l&#8217;Aband\u00f3 escolar Prematur (AEP)"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"wpb-content-wrapper\"><p>[vc_row][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/2&#8243;][vc_column_text uncode_shortcode_id=&#8221;899497&#8243;]<\/p>\n<h4><strong><span style=\"color: #f64943\">UNA MIRADA SOCIAL A L&#8217;ABAND\u00d3 ESCOLAR PREMATUR<\/span><\/strong><strong><span style=\"color: #f64943\">\u00a0(AEP)<\/span><\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><em><strong><span style=\"color: #f64943\">Berta Viader, T\u00e8cnica de formaci\u00f3 Programa Zing; i Clara Vicente, Project Manager Programa Zing<\/span><\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">Amb la recent publicaci\u00f3 dels resultats espanyols de l&#8217;informe PISA per a 2022, en la qual es van evidenciar desigualtats regionals i van fer saltar les alarmes en unes certes comunitats, s&#8217;ha posat sobre la taula el debat p\u00fablic sobre la qualitat de l&#8217;educaci\u00f3 en la nostra societat i els factors m\u00faltiples que intervenen (pol\u00edtiques educatives, finan\u00e7ament per c\u00e0pita, r\u00e0tio d&#8217;alumnes per classe, etc.). En aquest article volem centrar-nos en una d&#8217;aquestes problem\u00e0tiques, l&#8217;Aband\u00f3 escolar Prematur (AEP), i per a aix\u00f2 hem analitzat les dades m\u00e9s recents a nivell europeu i espanyol, les seves causes, conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncies i recomanacions sobre com incidir en la seva reducci\u00f3.<\/span>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/2&#8243;][vc_single_image media=&#8221;9455&#8243; media_width_percent=&#8221;100&#8243; uncode_shortcode_id=&#8221;129621&#8243;][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/1&#8243;][vc_column_text uncode_shortcode_id=&#8221;183889&#8243;]<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #000000\">De qu\u00e8 estem parlant quan parlem d&#8217;AEP a Espanya?<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">La taxa d&#8217;AEP \u00e9s el percentatge de joves d&#8217;entre 18 i 24 anys que, encara que hagi finalitzat l&#8217;Educaci\u00f3 Secund\u00e0ria Obligat\u00f2ria (ESO) no continua els seus estudis postobligatoris, ja sigui formaci\u00f3 reglada com a batxillerat, grau b\u00e0sic o mitj\u00e0 o qualsevol formaci\u00f3 no reglada, sobre el total de joves de la seva edat.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">L&#8217;AEP es produeix en diferents moments i engloba diverses casu\u00edstiques: pot succeir durant l&#8217;ESO (es considera frac\u00e0s escolar i el\/la jove no obt\u00e9 la titulaci\u00f3 m\u00ednima), en la transici\u00f3 a l&#8217;educaci\u00f3 postobligat\u00f2ria (no continua estudiant) i durant l&#8217;etapa postobligat\u00f2ria (inicia estudis superiors, per\u00f2 no els finalitza) (Curran i Montes, 2022).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">Actualment, a Espanya, el percentatge d&#8217;AEP ha baixat deu punts en una d\u00e8cada, passant del 23,6% en 2013 al 13,9% en 2022, la qual cosa reflecteix els esfor\u00e7os de la comunitat educativa per reduir aquesta xifra. No obstant aix\u00f2, les dades continuen sent preocupants i es troben molt per sobre de la mitjana europea: segons les dades de l&#8217;INE, en 2022 Espanya presentava un \u00edndex d&#8217;AEP de m\u00e9s de quatre punts per sobre de la mitjana europea, situada en 9,6%, sent el segon pa\u00eds europeu, despr\u00e9s de Romania, amb m\u00e9s proporci\u00f3 d&#8217;AEP. Si ens fixem en les dades de Catalunya en particular, observem una taxa encara major, un alarmant 16,9%.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">Per a establir un marc de refer\u00e8ncia en relaci\u00f3 amb la taxa d&#8217;AEP esperada, \u00e9s important referir-se a les recomanacions de la Comissi\u00f3 Europea, que en 2010 va fixar un objectiu de reducci\u00f3 de l&#8217;AEP a Espanya per sota del 15% per al 2020 i del 9% per al 2030 (objectiu per a tota la UE). Disponible en: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.libreria.educacion.gob.es\/libro\/sistema-estatal-de-indicadores-de-la-educacion-2023_182384\/\">https:\/\/www.libreria.educacion.gob.es\/libro\/sistema-estatal-de-indicadores-de-la-educacion-2023_182384\/<\/a><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #000000\">Quines s\u00f3n les causes de l&#8217;AEP?<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">Per a poder aprofundir en les causes de l&#8217;AEP, \u00e9s necessari mirar m\u00e9s enll\u00e0 del m\u00e8rit o capacitats individuals dels i les joves i analitzar la problem\u00e0tica des d&#8217;una mirada social en la qual s&#8217;han de contemplar factors estructurals com la renda per c\u00e0pita, g\u00e8nere, nacionalitat, origen, lloc de resid\u00e8ncia, estructura familiar, nivell formatiu parental, vinculaci\u00f3 amb el centre educatiu, necessitats especials, etc. L&#8217;AEP \u00e9s, indubtablement, una problem\u00e0tica multicausal (Tarabini, 2019).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">No obstant aix\u00f2, hi ha una dada que sembla especialment rellevant: la relaci\u00f3 entre els recursos econ\u00f2mics familiars i la taxa d&#8217;AEP. Un estudi recent sobre l&#8217;AEP a Catalunya va trobar que les persones que conviuen en un entorn amb m\u00e9s recursos econ\u00f2mics abandonen per sota de l&#8217;1%, mentre que les que es troben en situaci\u00f3 de m\u00e9s precarietat econ\u00f2mica ho fan en gaireb\u00e9 un 20% (Curran i Montes, 2022). Disponible en: <a href=\"https:\/\/fundaciobofill.cat\/blog\/infografia-abandonament-escolar-prematur-catalunya-dades\">https:\/\/fundaciobofill.cat\/blog\/infografia-abandonament-escolar-prematur-catalunya-dades<\/a><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">Aix\u00ed mateix, les dades recollides en aquests \u00faltims anys pel Programa ZING (Fundaci\u00f3 Nous Cims), un programa d&#8217;ocupabilitat dirigit a joves en situaci\u00f3 de vulnerabilitat socioecon\u00f2mica amb m\u00e9s de deu anys de recorregut i gaireb\u00e9 1400 beneficiaris en aquest curs 2023\/2024, corroboren la diversitat de casu\u00edstiques de l&#8217;aband\u00f3 escolar, per\u00f2 mostren com hi ha alguns motius recurrents, com la necessitat d&#8217;incorporar-se al mercat laboral, les dificultats econ\u00f2miques familiars i la salut mental.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">Aix\u00ed doncs, es veu clarament que l&#8217;AEP no afecta a tot l&#8217;alumnat per igual i no \u00e9s un fenomen generalitzat, sin\u00f3 que se situa principalment en el col\u00b7lectiu de joves amb major vulnerabilitat econ\u00f2mica i social. Per tant, cal entendre l&#8217;AEP com un fenomen estretament vinculat amb les desigualtats socials i estructurals i abordar-lo com a tal.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">En conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncia, \u00e9s important tenir en compte les condicions d&#8217;educabilitat (L\u00f3pez i Tedesco, 2002), un terme usat en la recerca acad\u00e8mica de l&#8217;\u00e0mbit educatiu per a explicar totes aquelles condicions socials, escolars i familiars b\u00e0siques amb les quals un jove ha de comptar per a poder fer un bon \u00fas dels recursos educatius. Sota aquesta premissa, un jove ha de tenir unes condicions m\u00ednimes que li garanteixin suficient estabilitat com per a poder dedicar-se a la seva formaci\u00f3 acad\u00e8mica, per la qual cosa quan aquestes condicions no estan assegurades, augmenta el risc d&#8217;abandonar prematurament.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #000000\">Quines s\u00f3n les conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncies de l&#8217;AEP?<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">No incidir en l&#8217;AEP t\u00e9 conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncies tant a nivell individual, aix\u00ed com comunitari com a societat. Abandonar els estudis t\u00e9 impacte en el desenvolupament individual ent\u00e8s com les habilitats socials, la resoluci\u00f3 de conflictes o la capacitat de pensament cr\u00edtic, ja que romandre en el sistema educatiu no solament garanteix uns coneixements t\u00e8cnics, sin\u00f3 tamb\u00e9 l&#8217;adquisici\u00f3 d&#8217;unes compet\u00e8ncies transversals que incrementen les capacitats per a desembolicar-nos com a individus al llarg de la nostra vida.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">Aix\u00ed mateix, l&#8217;AEP incideix directament en les oportunitats laborals futures: les dades de l&#8217;Institut Nacional d&#8217;Estad\u00edstica (INE), mostrats en el seg\u00fcent gr\u00e0fic, reflecteixen que les persones que abandonen prematurament el sistema educatiu (nivell 0-2 i 3-4) tenen una major taxa d&#8217;atur.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_9447\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-9447\" style=\"width: 567px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-9446 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.nouscims.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/Imagen3.png\" alt=\"Fuente: Instituto Nacional de Estad\u00edstica - Indicadores de Calidad de Vida - Dimensi\u00f3n 2. Quantitat <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ine.es\/ss\/Satellite?L=es_ES&amp;c=INESeccion_C&amp;cid=1259944042054&amp;p=1254735110672&amp;pagename=ProductosYServicios%2FPYSLayout\u00b6m1=PYSDetalleFichaIndicador\u00b6m3=1259937499084\">https:\/\/www.ine.es\/ss\/Satellite?L=es_ES&amp;c=INESeccion_C&amp;cid=1259944042054&amp;p=1254735110672&amp;pagename=ProductosYServicios%2FPYSLayout\u00b6m1=PYSDetalleFichaIndicador\u00b6m3=1259937499084 <\/a><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">Tal com hem esmentat anteriorment, l&#8217;AEP \u00e9s un fenomen estretament vinculat amb les desigualtats socioecon\u00f2miques, per la qual cosa no incidir en l&#8217;AEP perpetua les desigualtats en la poblaci\u00f3 amb rendes per c\u00e0pita m\u00e9s baixes.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #000000\">Com podem incidir en l&#8217;AEP?<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">Incidir en l&#8217;AEP implica necess\u00e0riament treballar per a reduir les desigualtats socials que condicionen la continu\u00eftat educativa dels i les joves en situaci\u00f3 de major vulnerabilitat. Per a aix\u00f2 caldria intervenir en nombrosos aspectes estructurals, per\u00f2 des del Programa ZING apostem per tres principals vies per a incidir en l&#8217;AEP en els i les joves amb major vulnerabilitat econ\u00f2mica:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\"><strong>Orientaci\u00f3 preco\u00e7:<\/strong> treballar en l&#8217;orientaci\u00f3 professional de manera preco\u00e7 i individualitzada durant l&#8217;escolaritzaci\u00f3 obligat\u00f2ria, focalitzant esfor\u00e7os en qu\u00e8 els i les joves trobin una via professional alineada amb els seus interessos i capacitats i la motivaci\u00f3 necess\u00e0ria per a continuar el seu cam\u00ed formatiu.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\"><strong>Beques econ\u00f2miques no meritocr\u00e0tiques:<\/strong> beques flexibles dissenyades per a compensar la falta de recursos econ\u00f2mics d&#8217;aquelles llars amb menors ingressos. Aquestes beques han de garantir tant l&#8217;acc\u00e9s com la continu\u00eftat en els estudis.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\"><strong>Acompanyament individualitzat:<\/strong> garantir que els i les joves tinguin un acompanyament durant l&#8217;etapa formativa obligat\u00f2ria i postobligat\u00f2ria permet anticipar unes certes situacions que poden incidir en l&#8217;aband\u00f3 (desvinculaci\u00f3 amb el centre escolar, dificultats acad\u00e8miques, falta de referents positius, gesti\u00f3 de les expectatives, etc.).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">Finalment, volem destacar que per a poder con\u00e8ixer millor com afecta l&#8217;AEP en els i les joves \u00e9s molt important poder obtenir dades particulars sobre la seva realitat social i educativa i sobre el seu benestar subjectiu per a poder realitzar an\u00e0lisis longitudinals sobre com impacten aquests factors en el seu desenvolupament educatiu.
