Implica l&#8217;\u00fas de t\u00e8cniques espec\u00edfiques per a comunicar idees de manera clara, convincent i efectiva, amb l&#8217;objectiu d&#8217;<strong>influir<\/strong> en l&#8217;audi\u00e8ncia\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Sovint associem l&#8217;orat\u00f2ria amb la pol\u00edtica o el m\u00f3n empresarial, per\u00f2 en poques ocasions la considerem una eina vital per al <strong>tercer sector<\/strong>. No obstant aix\u00f2, no tenim projectes que comunicar i audi\u00e8ncies a les quals persuadir, motivar i atreure?<\/span>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/2&#8243;][vc_single_image media=&#8221;10313&#8243; media_width_percent=&#8221;100&#8243; uncode_shortcode_id=&#8221;575501&#8243;][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/1&#8243;][vc_column_text uncode_shortcode_id=&#8221;670240&#8243;]<span style=\"color: #000000;\">En una societat permanentment connectada, on prevalen els missatges curts i ef\u00edmers, la <strong>capacitat de connectar amb el p\u00fablic<\/strong> s&#8217;ha convertit en un veritable desafiament per a qualsevol entitat.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">En aquest article, explorem com podem millorar la nostra orat\u00f2ria per a enfortir la comunicaci\u00f3 amb voluntaris, beneficiaris i actors clau d&#8217;un projecte social sense parlar dels temibles bra\u00e7os creuats o de les poderoses pauses dram\u00e0tiques<\/span>.<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>El punt de partida<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Simon Sinek<\/strong>, expert en lideratge i motivaci\u00f3, proposa en la seva teoria del\u00a0<strong>Golden\u00a0Circle\u00a0<\/strong>que els l\u00edders i organitzacions m\u00e9s exitosos inspiren i connecten millor amb la seva audi\u00e8ncia quan comuniquen primer el &#8220;<strong>per qu\u00e8<\/strong>&#8221; \u2014 el seu prop\u00f2sit o ra\u00f3 de ser \u2014 abans d&#8217;explicar el &#8220;<strong>com<\/strong>&#8221; \u2014 el seu proc\u00e9s o valors \u2014 i el &#8220;<strong>qu\u00e8<\/strong>&#8221; \u2014 el seu producte o servei. Segons Sinek, &#8220;la gent no compra el que fas; compra per qu\u00e8 ho fas. Aqu\u00ed no hi ha matisos, especificacions ni comparacions, nom\u00e9s un prop\u00f2sit, un objectiu, una meta, una creen\u00e7a.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">En el tercer sector, la teoria del Golden Circle adquireix una rellev\u00e0ncia especial quan una entitat comunica primer el seu &#8220;per qu\u00e8&#8221;, aconsegueix inspirar i mobilitzar a la seva de manera m\u00e9s efectiva.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Mantenint l&#8217;equilibri<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Connectar emocionalment<\/strong> amb l&#8217;audi\u00e8ncia \u00e9s crucial per a crear un vincle profund i durador. Per\u00f2 per qu\u00e8 \u00e9s tan important aquesta connexi\u00f3 emocional?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Diversos estudis sostenen que recordem millor all\u00f2 que ens afecta emocionalment. Un exemple \u00e9s el de Cahill i McGaugh (1995), els qui van investigar com les emocions influeixen en la consolidaci\u00f3 de la mem\u00f2ria.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Aquest estudi demostra que els esdeveniments que ens afecten emocionalment tendeixen a ser recordats amb major claredat i detall que els esdeveniments neutrals. Aix\u00f2 es deu a l&#8217;activaci\u00f3 de l&#8217;am\u00edgdala cerebral, que juga un paper crucial en el processament d&#8217;emocions i en la formaci\u00f3 i emmagatzematge de records emocionals.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Com podem veure, l&#8217;<strong>emoci\u00f3<\/strong> permet connectar de manera profunda i personal, evocant sentiments que poden <strong>motivar<\/strong> i persuadir. No obstant aix\u00f2, no hem d&#8217;oblidar la import\u00e0ncia de la <strong>racionalitat<\/strong>, que aporta estructura, l\u00f2gica i <strong>credibilitat<\/strong>, assegurant que el missatge sigui compr\u00e8s i acceptat conscientment.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Segons Nancy Duarte, els grans comunicadors combinen sense esfor\u00e7 l&#8217;emoci\u00f3 amb la racionalitat per a crear missatges que ressonen tant a nivell personal com intel\u00b7lectual, fomentant una connexi\u00f3 i comprensi\u00f3 m\u00e9s profunda amb la seva audi\u00e8ncia. (Duarte, 2019).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Aix\u00ed, un orador que combina adequadament tots dos aspectes pot captar l&#8217;atenci\u00f3 del p\u00fablic, mantenir el seu inter\u00e8s i facilitar el canvi de les seves actituds o comportaments. Aquesta <strong>dualitat<\/strong> \u00e9s crucial per a les entitats perqu\u00e8 apel\u00b7la tant a la ment com al cor, la qual cosa enforteix el missatge i la seva recepci\u00f3.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #000000;\">A qui i per a qu\u00e8<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">A l&#8217;hora de comunicar, \u00e9s tan important saber quin \u00e9s el nostre prop\u00f2sit com entitat com con\u00e8ixer quin \u00e9s el nostre objectiu amb aquesta comunicaci\u00f3, sigui escrita o oral.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Estem tractant de canviar un comportament o augmentar la consci\u00e8ncia sobre alguna cosa? Estem informant o convencent? Reflexionar sobre el resultat desitjat de la comunicaci\u00f3 ens permetr\u00e0 <strong>estructurar el missatge<\/strong> de manera clara i eficient.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Com deien Xip i Donen Heath (Heath, C., &amp; Heath, D. 2007), hem de preguntar-nos: <strong>qu\u00e8 volem que s\u00e0piga la nostra audi\u00e8ncia?, qu\u00e8 volem que pensi, senti i faci?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-10301\" src=\"https:\/\/www.nouscims.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/Imagen2artmarina.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"945\" height=\"309\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.nouscims.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/Imagen2artmarina.png 945w, https:\/\/www.nouscims.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/Imagen2artmarina-300x98.png 300w, https:\/\/www.nouscims.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/Imagen2artmarina-768x251.png 768w, https:\/\/www.nouscims.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/Imagen2artmarina-350x114.png 350w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 945px) 100vw, 945px\" \/>D&#8217;altra banda, <strong>con\u00e8ixer a qui ens dirigim<\/strong> \u00e9s essencial perqu\u00e8 la nostra orat\u00f2ria convenci, influeixi i generi una acci\u00f3.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Wilcox, Cameron i Xifra (2012, p.238) assenyalen que \u201cel coneixement de les <strong>caracter\u00edstiques dels p\u00fablics objectiu<\/strong>, com les creences, actituds, preocupacions i formes de vida, \u00e9s una part essencial de la persuasi\u00f3. Ajuden el comunicador a elaborar missatges a mesura, que siguin rellevants, que satisfacin una necessitat i que proporcionin un desenvolupament l\u00f2gic d&#8217;accions\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>La comunicaci\u00f3 no verbal<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">La controvertida comunicaci\u00f3 no verbal tamb\u00e9 ocupa un espai en l&#8217;art de comunicar, ja que com apunta Brooks, J. (2022), el <strong>llenguatge corporal, les expressions facials i el contacte visual<\/strong> poden refor\u00e7ar o contradir el missatge verbal, afectant aix\u00ed la recepci\u00f3 i l&#8217;impacte del discurs.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">S&#8217;ha escrit i debatut molt de sobre les bones pr\u00e0ctiques i els errors comuns en l&#8217;orat\u00f2ria \u2014 des d&#8217;encreuar els bra\u00e7os o mirar cap amunt, fins a estar amb les cames obertes com si s&#8217;estigu\u00e9s en un Western de John Wayne\u2014. No obstant aix\u00f2, no entrarem en aquest debat.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Al final, el m\u00e9s important, \u00e9s <strong>ser conscient<\/strong> de la nostra comunicaci\u00f3 no verbal. Saber que els nostres gestos i expressions transmeten missatges que poden contradir (o no) les nostres paraules. I, sobretot, no sobreactuar. <strong>La naturalitat i l&#8217;autenticitat<\/strong> de l&#8217;orador \u00e9s el que ens permetr\u00e0 generar credibilitat i connectar amb la nostra audi\u00e8ncia.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-10305\" src=\"https:\/\/www.nouscims.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/Imagen3art-marina.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"834\" height=\"626\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.nouscims.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/Imagen3art-marina.jpg 834w, https:\/\/www.nouscims.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/Imagen3art-marina-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.nouscims.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/Imagen3art-marina-768x576.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.nouscims.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/Imagen3art-marina-350x263.jpg 350w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 834px) 100vw, 834px\" \/>Per exemple, si una persona molt <strong>en\u00e8rgica, activa i moguda<\/strong>, s&#8217;encasella darrere d&#8217;un faristol en un escenari, \u00e9s probable que comenci a fer gestos que embruten la seva posada en escena, com donar petits bots (que poden denotar nerviosisme) o mantenir una mala postura.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Per contra, si alg\u00fa exterioritza els nervis a trav\u00e9s de les <strong>mans<\/strong>, un micr\u00f2fon de m\u00e0 podria ser m\u00e9s convenient que un de diadema. Aix\u00ed, mantindr\u00e0 les mans ocupades i a la vista.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">D&#8217;altra banda, si es tendeix a parlar massa r\u00e0pid i sense fer pauses \u2014la qual cosa afecta la <strong>respiraci\u00f3<\/strong>\u2014, hi hauria dos trucs que podrien ser \u00fatils. En primer lloc, estr\u00e8nyer els dits dels peus ajudaria al fet que la tensi\u00f3 es desplac\u00e9s cap avall i permetria al diafragma obrir-se de nou. I, en segon lloc, si l&#8217;estil comunicatiu \u00e9s accelerat, sempre es poden afegir elements com a v\u00eddeos o exercicis per a l&#8217;audi\u00e8ncia que trenquin el discurs, permetin agafar aire i pausar la presentaci\u00f3.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Existeixen molts exercicis i consells que poden ajudar a millorar la comunicaci\u00f3 no verbal. No obstant aix\u00f2, el primer pas \u00e9s con\u00e8ixer-se a un mateix i analitzar com s&#8217;actua en parlar.
